Our energy creates ripple effects every second of every day. We are putting our energy out into the world all of the time and sometimes we don’t even realize that that energy has a long lasting impact.

Lately, I’ve been noticing more not so nice comments or posts on social media than usual. It made me think a lot about how we sometimes just put our ideas, comments or thoughts out into the world without really thinking about it and what impact that energy may have that we don’t even know about.
